Policies & Booking Guidelines
Your experience is important to me. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client—from booking your session to receiving your final gallery.
Please take a moment to review the information below before booking. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. My goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free so you can focus on enjoying your session.
📅 Booking & payment
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable, yet transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Final images will not be delivered until payment has been received in full.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the loss of the deposit.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before your original session date. Any additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
📍Session Information
Location
Stackzs Shot It is an on-location photography service and does not operate from a studio.
Travel within 20 miles of my location is included. Additional travel beyond 20 miles is subject to a $15 travel fee for every additional 10 miles.
Need a location? I'm happy to recommend great spots that match your vision.
Late Arrival Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided for every session.
Arriving late may reduce your available shooting time in order to stay on schedule. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the session may be canceled without refund.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior communication will be considered a no-show.
No-shows forfeit the deposit and require a new booking and deposit to schedule another session.
🖼️ Photo Delivery
Turnaround Time
Final edited images are delivered within 7 business days, unless otherwise discussed.
Rush editing may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.
Editing & Retouching
Every delivered image includes professional editing, including:
Color correction
Lighting adjustments
Cropping
Overall image enhancement
Advanced retouching (such as skin retouching, object removal, body edits, or extensive edits) is available upon request for an additional fee.
📄 Image Rights
Copyright & Usage
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Stackzs Shot It.
Clients receive personal-use rights, allowing them to:
Share on social media
Print photographs
Save and enjoy their images
Commercial, promotional, or business use requires prior written permission and may require additional licensing fees.
Portfolio & Model Release
Unless requested otherwise in writing before the session, Stackzs Shot It reserves the right to use selected images for:
Portfolio displays
Website galleries
Social media
Marketing and promotional materials
If you would prefer your images remain private, simply let me know before your session.

To help your session run smoothly, clients are responsible for:
Arriving on time
Bringing all planned outfits, accessories, and props
Communicating any creative ideas before the session
Following all rules and guidelines at the selected location
Respecting the scheduled session time
Being prepared helps us maximize your session and capture the best possible results.
🌤️ Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions.
Weather-related reschedules are free of charge and will be moved to the next mutually available date.
